If you want an all inclusive rent, that option is still available and negotiable. Many updates to this home focused on energy efficiency and low maintenance in mind. The HVAC has been updated with a high-efficiency unit and a new tankless water heater. New siding with insulation was installed four years ago and a new roof was installed two months ago.
