Utilities are paid by the tenant (gas, electric, water/sewer and garbage). Previous listings for this property included utilities at a higher rate. If you want an all inclusive rent, that option is still available and negotiable. Many updates to this home focused on energy efficiency and low maintenance in mind. The HVAC has been updated with a high-efficiency unit and a new tankless water heater. New siding with insulation was installed four years ago and a new roof was installed two months ago. Some notable updates to this home include refinished hard wood floors, updated kitchen and bath. Our private backyard is a hit as it gives the perception of a much larger lot, as it backs to an open field.
