Custom built home on 5 acres. 2 car garage, large deck in back overlooking the Elwha River. The living room has a river rock fireplace, lots of natural wood, windows and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has an island, a separate laundry room and space for casual eating. Counters are made of quartz. There is a dining room area in the open floor plan. Main floor master suite with 5 piece bath and walk-in closet. There is a room between the living room and the master bedroom, with built in desk and gorgeous view. There is another office with built in desk closer to the front door. Upstairs has a loft, two bedrooms and one full bath. There is a deck accessible from the loft with a retractible awning. There are 4 bonus rooms: office, 2nd office/nursery, loft, cabin. Out front there is a charming cabin, which could be used as an office or a rec room. Below the house is a picnic area right next to the river; the property extends that far. Extras include a futon/day bed, patio furniture. There is a hot tub, which you may use as long as an outside service takes regular care of it, otherwise it's drained and shut down. There is a greenhouse, too. Not in pictures (yet) is the forest of tall trees in front of the house. Pictures cannot convey the peace and solitude of this house. The view from the back is 180 degrees, overlooking the river, you can see cruise ships from the Strait, and to the right, Hurricane Ridge mountains. Well water and septic. Gardening is included near the house. You might be asked to take care of the watering. You are responsible for snow shoveling, if needed. Tenant to pay $50/month to cover community well and septic maintenance. One small dog may be considered. Must be adult, fixed and friendly. Additional deposit may be required. There is a small dog yard from the laundry room. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of $7700 or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
