This home seems away from it all, but it’s less than a mile from the 65 exit and 20 mins into Nashville. It’s on a quiet country lane and it is a duplex unit, but nothing is shared. It has its own parking and mailbox. The neighbor is completely on the other side and woods are on the other so it does have plenty of privacy and a small yard area. Pets allowed any size any breed once approved with screening. We do not have a two pet limit so multiple pets are welcome! This one isn’t fancy, but if you want privacy, convenience, and affordability -this is it!
