Steady job history with valid proof of income & contact information. Proof of income must be within the last 30-45 days. 5. Minimum of 600 credit score for each applicant. This is a requirement for individuals and cannot be combined. 6. Pet Policy: $500 nonrefundable pet fee; 2 pet maximum; $50 per month per pet for pet rent 7. Amount needed to move in: Full security deposit; full month rent, and all pet fees are due upon move-in in along with the transfer of utilities within 24 hours of move-in date. 8.
