Custom white oak modern built-in entertainment wall with wrap-around millwork with integrated primary bedroom interior door. Surround sound Sonos speakers in ceiling throughout main living area as well as out in the backyard. Porcelain wood grain flooring, new baseboards, new door casing, entire home recently painted. The casita includes a kitchenette and separate entrance with its own AC. Main home also has own AC unit as well as a newer mini split system in the garage, washer and dryer in home. The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour, and it can get down into the 60s during the winter, so if you want it heated upon your arrival, please keep that in mind and notify us. For long-term stays, $500 of gas and electricity is included, and the renter pays for utilities above $500/month. For short-term stays, the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat the pool to the mid-80s. Please keep in mind in mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching the mid-80s, and pool temperature is not guaranteed. However, low to mid 80's is generally common, even mid-winter.
