Rent is $1795.00, Security Deposit starts at $3990.00- Month to Month lease terms. Pets accepted upon approval basis only with additional funds towards deposit ($500 for first pet, $250 for each additional pet) - Renters Insurance required at time of signing. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. → Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, SNAP, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a minor fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. $50 per adult, if in Eugene reports are $10 total. We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is at least 2.5x the amount of rent. Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time.
