Property Id: 2592616 I’m looking for a preferably female tenant, with no kids or pets, to rent out the basement of my townhouse in Kingstowne, Alexandria. The basement apartment includes a bedroom, closet, bathroom, and large living room space. It has walkout access to the yard and a refrigerator. The townhouse is in a pretty quiet neighborhood/community and a great location. It’s a few minutes from Springfield mall, walking distance to the Franconia-Springfield metro station, Wegmans and a ton of other shops/restaurants are very close by. The laundry and kitchen would be shared with two other upstairs tenants. Common areas such as the living room, dining room, deck, etc. are all shared as well. The parking situation is great as it is all unnumbered spots so you can park freely and so can your guests! The rent is $1,500 and I’m flexible on the length/terms of lease. You would be sharing the space with two other female tenants. I don’t have many rules, I’m just looking for someone who can be respectful of my home/property, keep the common areas clean, etc., and be respectful of the other ladies!
