Close to I25, Woodman Road, the AF Academy and shopping, but far enough away to feel like a different area. This home features gleaming wood floors, spacious bedrooms, theater area, and a fabulous kitchen. The primary bedroom is in the upper floor and has a large walk in, attached bath with soaking tub and walk in shower. His and Hers closets complete the primary room. Two secondary bedrooms are on the lower level with walk in closets and share a Jack and Jill bath. A fourth bedroom is in the basement for those that require additional privacy and has a bath directly across from it with a walk-in shower. The theater room is in the basement as is wired for surround sound. The private office is in also located in the basement for isolation.
