The overall space is welcoming! It is light, airy and freshly painted in a warm white colour scheme with dark charcoal grey / black accents. The kitchen cabinets, countertop and backsplash are completely redone and the three stainless steel appliances - fridge, stove and dishwasher - are all of brand new! The kitchen is located adjacent to a designated dining area and which is connected to an open concept living area. There is new grey, vinyl plank flooring through out the suite and all the updates to the main living area provide a comfortable mix of both contemporary and vintage design for you to enjoy!The bathoom has also been redone with a new mirror and vanity, toilet and walk-in shower. Bedrooms have been painted and include the new vinyl flooring. There is a broom storage closet as well as a linen closet in the hallway. Drapery rods are installed in the living room and bedrooms. (Tenants will need to provide their own drapes.)Laundry appliances (washer and dryer) are located in the basement common area and shared with the tenant living in the basement suite. The back yard is fully fenced with chain link fencing and features a a couple of raised planters for you to use if you enjoy gardening. Snow clearing for the front street / public sidewalk, east sidewalk up to the side door and stairs, and the garage pad area, will be the tenant’s responsibility. Sidewalks must be cleared within 24-48 hours of every snowfall. In the summer, the front and back yard grass will also need to be maintained every two-three weeks. A lawn mower will be provided for tenant use. The single garage has one parking stall. There is room on the parking pad behind the garage for a second, regular sized vehicle.
