The home features single-level living, natural gas for heat and cooking, and a large back deck perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen is outfitted with gas range, French-door refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and trash compactor. Master suite has private entrance to back deck. Gas-log fireplace, and electric A/C provide year-round comfort. Washer/Dryer included. This home has a separate basement apartment which is not included in the lease and will be used by the homeowner periodically throughout the year (but was not used at all by the owner during the 2022-2023 lease year). Water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric and landscaping included in rent. Sorry, no pets and no co-signers. No Pets Allowed
