This home has a separate basement apartment which is not included in the lease and will be used by the homeowner periodically throughout the year (but was not used at all by the owner during the 2022-2023 lease year). Water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric and landscaping included in rent. Sorry, no pets and no co-signers. No Pets Allowed
