A dedicated laundry room includes washer and dryer hookups for added convenience. Outside, enjoy a backyard with a privacy fence, providing a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Two parking spaces are also available in the driveway. A monthly fee for water/sewer in the amount of $90.00 applies. Residents are responsible for electric, lawn care, and are required to maintain active renter’s insurance throughout the lease term. Small pets are welcome, breed and weight restrictions may apply. Application fee $55 per person 18 and over. Lease Term: 12 months.
