The house has 3 big bedrooms 1.5 bathroom, and it's a 5-minute drive to the train nearby to NYC. There is also a bus in front of the house that takes you to NYC in 25 min. Private beautiful backyard and a front yard, . Dogs allowed case by case bases. Flat rate for all utilities including fast WIFI, for an extra fee of $600. It's easy to find parking on the street, private Parking is available on the property for an extra $100 a month. we have 2 spots. there are other areas available to rent such as the basement ,attic and garage. for more info please text me. there is extra space for rent in the property. there is also an apt for rent next door. for more info, please text me. rental of furniture is an option for another $300 a month. one month broker fee is required in addition. upon lease sign 3.5 months is required. Flat fee for utilities includes- water, sewer, Wi-Fi, electric, gas, heat, cooling-this fee will be an extra of $600 a month. Tenant is responsible for garbage and snow removal and landscaping.
