Expect to be visited by lots of deer and turkey. Brand new central heating keeps it comfortable all year round. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $45 per adult applicant. Financial Responsibility: Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
