The property is located in a quiet, very desirable, and very well-kept neighbourhood, above the 9th and 9th district, close to the shops and restaurants and only ten minutes away from the university, downtown and the hospitals. Please see photos. The flat consists of a large room with living room and kitchen combined, a beautiful bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom. It has three large windows facing west with a beautiful view of the trees and our back garden. The kitchen is completely outfitted with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The house has just been completely renovated and it has a new high-efficiency furnace, an on-demand water heater and a new air conditioning unit. It comes with wireless internet (Google Fiber), a new (shared) washer and dryer set, sheets and towels, and so forth. All you need are your own clothes. No smokers, please. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, quiet, tidy, courteous and civil tenant and neighbour, for that is how we are. The property is very tastefully furnished and well-appointed. We live in the main part of the house. We are looking for someone who will treat the property with care and respect as if it were his/her own. The monthly rent is $1285. Utilities are $185 including Google Fiber. The deposit is $1285 of which $285 is non-refundable. A dog is welcome on a case by case basis. One year lease preferred, though shorter stays will gladly be considered. References required. Please ring us to view the house. We prefer a phone call. Available on the 1st of June.
