Unit is located in a quiet cul-de-sac off 66th and Park Ave near dozens of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Just a quick 15-20 min drive to both downtown St Pete and the beaches this unit is centrally located for convenience. Features new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in unit and balcony overlooking beautiful foliage as well as tile shower and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. Each bedroom features ample closet space with built in drawers and shelving. Unit also has central A/C. Pets incur a one time $250 pet fee plus an additional $35 per pet monthly pet rent. Only small to medium sized dogs and cats allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per unit. Tenant is responsible for utilities to include but not limited to Electric and Water. Application fee is $35 per applicant and every adult over 18 who intends to occupy the property must fill out an application and pay the app fee. Full months rent plus security deposit required before move in upon accepted application and signing of lease. We do not advertise on Facebook or.
