To qualify applicants must make 3x the monthly rent for income, have a 640 or higher credit score, and have a clean criminal and rental history. Applications are $65 per person over the age of 18 who will reside in the property and are non-refundable. Pets welcome on a case by case basis. Pet screening must be completed and shared with property manager. Non-refundable pet fee will be due at time of leasing. Breed restrictions apply.
