Thanks for your interest in our lofts, along with downtown Waterloo! All those listed on our website are currently available for immediate occupancy. We are a first come first serve company, units cannot be saved and should be prepared to move in with in two months of looking at units. All units are pet friendly! $100 non-refundable pet charge, cats are $30 per cat a month and dogs are $40 per dog per month. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. First month's rent and deposits are due at time of move in if approved. All JSA Development properties are non- smoking. An application fee of $25 is required, and a full background check is conducted during application process. I book appointments every 20mins, so pick a day and time that works and I will let you know if I have it available! Let me know what works best for you! Thanks again!
