There is also a built in breakfast bar. Located down a short hallway is the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, a pedestal sink, toilet and shelving above the toilet. The bedroom is plenty spacious with a ceiling fan, closet and a window for nice natural light. A $50 gas and water charge will be added to the monthly rent each month to cover these charges. Lawn care is included.
