Lakewood Villas (no one else really calls the compound this, but I'm going to roll with it for now) is an amazing oasis in the heart of WPB with some serious charm and amenities. The main house, which was just totally renovated, and is ridiculously charming, has 3 ginormous bedrooms, including one with its own private entrance (so you can engage in clandestine operations), a spacious... ...study, living room, dining room, chef's kitchen (I really don't know what this means but every other listing seems to mention it so I thought I'd throw it in for good measure. If it means nice large kitchen with modern kitchen stuff, then it definitely ticks that box.), office, bonus room, reading alcove, two full bathrooms and more windows/light than you can shake a stick at. There is a beautiful new wooden fence between the front of the studio and main house so that the studio and main house have their own private entrances.
