All utilities are included, weekly housekeeping and laundry service is available for stays longer than 1 month. Stay healthy with community gardens and hike/bike trails, a gym with high end machines and new exercise equipment. Gather with friends at either of the 2 swimming pools with jaccuzzi spas and saunas, 2 tennis and racquetball/squash courts, a backetball and sand voleyball court and multiple barbeque areas, all wheelchair accessible. Secure gated complex has secure off-street parking patrolled by private guards, and you may rent a private garage spot for $200/mo extra. Across the street are Nobell athletic fields, with baseball, soccer and frisbee leagues, a kids' playground, after-school & weekend activities center, and public library with free electric car chargers. Across the park from Illumina's worldwide headquarters and a 5-10 min drive from University of California San Diego and UCSD Health campus, Apple, Amazon, Qualcomm, MCAS Miramar, Torrey Pines biotech mesa, several medical research centers Salk, Scripps, Sanford Burnham, and half a dozen hospitals: Jacobs, Sculpizio, Moores, Scripps, Thornton, Veteran's Affairs and numerous associate healthcare offices. 10-minute drive to La Jolla shores/cove and Torrey Pines beach and golf course, which hosted last-year's US Open.
