We just bought a new home so we're looking to get out of our lease starting in January! I will give whoever takes over the lease $3100 in cash - over a months worth of rent. The lease is up on June 19th and you'd have the option to renew at that point. Meridian at Sutton Square has been absolutely fantastic since we moved in in July. The apartment is extremely modern, quiet, central, safe, and well-priced. We have had zero issues with literally anything since we've moved in. Here are the stats: - 1 Bedroom, 930 sqft - Layout is giant living room connected to kitchen. 1 bedroom connected to bathroom with walk in close (also connected to living room). - Washer and dryer in unit. - AT&T Fiber available. - Stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) - Granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom. - Garden sized tub - Large walk in closet. - Bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. - Elevator in building. - Your door is connected to a hallway indoors, so way less bugs getting in. - Small patio with view of back of building. - Quiet! I've almost never heard my neighbors. - Location near tons of shopping, including a Harris Teeter basically across the street, walgreens, etc. - Really nice saltwater pool - Gym/clubhouse You will literally not find a better deal than this anywhere in North Raleigh. It's basically a 7 month lease with almost 2 months free.
