This newly renovated, FULLY FURNISHED, studio cottage has been upgraded with a full, fully equipped, dine-in kitchen, complete with a quartz countertop, new double sink and new appliances, some retro inspired! The spacious living area has lots of storage for your personal effects, including a large walk-in closet and storage ottoman. The full-size Murphy bed will ensure a comfortable rest, and it can be stored away should you require any additional space during the day. A large smart tv with internet for your streaming services and desk complete this relaxing living area. Outside you will find a private patio with a conversation set and bistro set for your enjoyment. Ideally located near Long Beach Medical Centre, MemorialCare Miller Children's and Women's Hospital and several other medical facilities as well as several grocery stores, fast food chains and coffee shops. Utilities included: electricity, gas, internet and water. Other things to note The rental is a detached, cottage-style, studio house ("backhouse") behind the main house - we live in the main house and there is another unit above the garage, both separate from the backhouse- you will have your complete privacy and a separate entrance from us, but the outdoor common area space is shared with the other unit. Laundry is outside. Also, please note the bed is a Murphy bed (can fold up to hide away) and the bathroom shower is on the smaller side, on par with NY-and SF-style bathrooms, but functional. Parking is via the street. We are dog lovers, but we only allow cats at this time- well-trained cat allowed- however, the pet must reside indoors- we have dogs on the premise and there is no space for additional dogs. Pet fee and pet deposit may apply.
