AVAILABLE AUGUST 1ST Get away from the city with this rustic farm home. It is a 5 br / 2 ba home with some great targeted upgrades including heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms on 25+ wooded acres and has high speed Internet available! You also have access to multiple out-buildings, including a 3 car garage and a chicken coop if you want to raise chickens. You are on a wooded lot with ATV and snowmobile trails in the area and nature trails. The home is currently occupied so we will have limited options for showings. All utilities, lawncare and snow removal are tenant responsibilities. LP is necessary only for the stove. Pets allowed on owner approval. All dimensions approximate.
