It’s a nature lovers’ paradise with hiking and mountain biking trails close by. There are two entrances, both with stairs- one is an outdoor private stairway, the other is a semi-private interior staircase. The apartment has a modern full kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware- washer/dryer- bathroom with plenty of towels- powerful gas fireplace- portable new AC window unit- ceiling fan- re-positional shelving unit with privacy curtains- built-ins- queen bed plus two sofa chairs that fold out into twin beds, all linens provided- a bedroom closet- large private patio with water spigot- and a lovely view. • $1600 per month for TWO PEOPLE, PLUS $150 per month utilities which include electricity, water, gas, trash and Starlink wi-fi.
