Bus line to Winter Park right across the street. Top deck has beautiful view overlooking Fraser River 3 - 6 month temporary lease Utilities included with max usage for heat and electric (if needed). Renter pays difference. Cable, WiFi, furnishings, Linens and Towels included in price. Use of hot tub with monthly hot tub clean fee $400 includes linen - towel use / cleaning fee / hot tub clean per stay
