The 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a futon couch. The living room has a queen pullout couch. Steps from the free ski/town shuttle route, the stop is about a 75 yard walk. There is condo construction about 100-150 yards from our place. During Winter of 25/26 we expect work to be primarily inside. Noise disturbance likely will be minimal but did want to share. This condo is FULLY FURNISHED so just drop your bags and start enjoying the Rocky Mountains. LEASE TERMS & RENT: 11 + months $2700 / mo OR 6 Month Seasonal Rental for $3000/mo SMOKING POLICY: NO smoking, vaping or marijuana allowed in the property. UTILITIES: Tenant pays: Electric/Gas, Cable/Internet PET/ANIMAL POLICY: No Cats, Sorry! One dog to be considered.
