This upstairs apartment thats located in Greenville OH is a 2 bed 1 bath unit with NEWER CARPET! The kitchen of this unit has lots of space to put table and chairs as well as counter space! Washer and dryer hook ups are in a room off of the kitchen, away from the living area and bedrooms which make it ideal for quite washing and drying. The living area has lots of room for daily living and the 3 big windows face an easterly direction, great for the morning sun to illuminate the room. Off of the living room is 2 bedrooms, 1 of which that has small walk in closet. The bathroom is off of the laundry room and has a standing shower only. This corner lot has street parking on East 4th street as well as St Clair St. This unit has a small front porch and side yard making it ideal for spring, summer, fall outside activities. Tenant pays all utilities, 12 month lease term minimum. Tenant would be responsible for mowing their side of the lot. Tenant would need to provide appliances ( refrigerator, range, washer and dryer). This unit also is window unit AC only. Tenant would need to provide their own window units!
