This home is currently occupied and we are showing with approved applications only. The home is in excellent condition and has a renovate kitchen. Photos, video, and application are located on the Guardian Property Management website. Photos are from when the unit is vacant kitchen photos are current. We are looking for an 18-24 month lease to start with option to renew. Walking into the home you will find a large living and dining area with hardwood floors. Bedrooms are split by the bathroom and kitchen is toward the back of the home with access to the basement and back yard. Private basement is very large and has washer/dryer. 1 Car Garage with space to park 1 car behind the garage or plenty or street parking. Sorry no dogs. Cats are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Cat fee $20mo) As a tenant you are responsible for gas and electric. Lawn and snow are shared between the tenants. Renters insurance is required. Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
