Also a one stall garage enters through the basement. . First floor has beautiful laminate flooring, stainless steel kitchen, very open floor plan, and a half bathroom, and deck off the dining room. . 2nd floor has the washer/dryer, two bedrooms EACH with their own master bath and closet. Carpet throughout the second floor. . Dogs are negotiable but not dangerous breeds such as pit bulls, etc. Dog fee is a non-refundable $50 per month but no pet deposit required. . Managed by Best Choice Property Management and application fee of $30 and we check credit (minimum score 600) and employment and Landlord Reference . Because of an occasional glitch in the software scheduling program it would be best to confirm your appointment with Keith Morris at 402 805 2420
