Electric and any cable TV service are upon the resident to establish. We are a very pet-friendly community, but there are breed restrictions. PET POLICY:In terms of dogs, only certain “bite breeds” are prohibited while most other dog breeds are warmly welcomed. Banned breeds include: Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Hybrids, Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dalmatian, Huskies, Malamutes, Presa Canarios, Cano Corsos, and any other breed deemed aggressive.
