Located at 7b Ridge Street, Goffstown, NH 03045. This is a beautiful no crime area that is close to the surrounding stores with a very private, dead-end road in a wooded area. The neighbors are great, including me, the landlord who lives on the adjacent side. Rent is $1950 a month- this includes dish washer, water, sewage, washer and dyer. It's available October 1, 2023. A one year lease is required (NO PETS / ANIMALS OF ANY KIND OR SMOKING ALLOWED )There will be a none Credit and back round check prior to final acceptance decision. This is a two bedroom an will be limited to a maximum of 3 occupants only. Please privately message me with any questions. Note: I am unable to except second 8 P.S. Pictures are not up to date and are prior to the house being clean or painted. There is now a VERY LAGRE private back yard and new two car wide drive way .Currently these are the only photos I have.
