The onsite property manager and her husband are absolute nightmares. They are negative confrontational people that act like rejects from the stanford prison experiment. Approach this place with caution.

This apartment is most worst apartment in the world, always dark, mold, lots of bugs ,no mobile service at all , always water shut off 4 days a week, they never care about us they need only money , when I leave this apartment they charge me $495 only because I use 3 thumb pin on the wall , manager level staff are very very rude and crazy. Worst apartment,

One bed room apartments have a closet attached to the bath room with no door. It is just an open door way and there is no vent in the closet. Mold grows daily in the closet and they claim that it is up to code because there is a fan vent in the bath room. There are two, two bed room apartments and the downstairs neighbor complains and harasses neighbors frequently if any sounds happens. They have complained to neighbors to the sides of them us directly above them and to both neighbors to the sides of us. The down stairs neighbor has yelled at us when we are leaving and approached me when getting out of my car coming home from work. This neighbor pointed at me as I drove in said and I quote "I have talked to you before and I was gonna let it slide but you disrespected my woman." I cut them off and said we are not having this conversation with out an intermediary observing. The neighbor said "We are going to have this conversation." I cut them off and said no I am going to call the police and walked home. This was the day after his wife yelled at us around 11 am when leaving the apartment. They have insulted us for not being able to keep our infant quiet 3 years ago while playing and changing her and continue to harass us freely regardless of complaining to the property management. They slam the ceiling all the time whether its mid day or 2 am. I have called the police who do nothing and now they are recording the sound of us moving around inside our apartment. The appartment has no sound insulation horrible structral stability with the floor sinking as we walk and creaking loudly. The walk ways out side have nails that pop up. Neighbores infested the place multiple times with fleas. We complained for months about bugs and finally they listened after arguing about what type of fly was infesting the property. Would bars that protect one from falling on walk ways were missing for months and there brand new washer drier room already has broken equipment that melted our clothing. They have sent out a handy man to fix electrical wiring who said this should have been sent to a electrician. Everyone smokes on property even though in the rental agreement it says you can not smoke on property at all not even in the parking lot. Horrible place to live.
