This is two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, very safe and quiet community, very good location, less than 10 minutes away from the downtown, about 5 minutes driving to St. Joseph hospital and Husson University, 11 minutes driving to Northern Light hospital .the landlord rents a bedroom and a bathroom, we share the living room and kitchen. The price is $800 per month, including heating, water, WIFI, sewer, tenants and landlord split electricity bills. If you are a quiet, clean, loving one with good credit also If you are a non-smoker, non-drug, non-alcoholism ,welcome to my home. the lease period is 6 months, if we get along well, we can continue to renew, sorry my dog is very timid, so there can be no other pets here. the college student and nurse are priority,thank you!
