Application Requirements: • 3.5x monthly income required • Submit last 2 months bank statements • Provide proof of funds for security deposit and first months rent • No minimum credit score • Pre-approval application required prior to showing • Valid state issued ID • Non-refundable $39.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 • Emailed response within 48 hours of submitting application • Security deposit due at lease signing • 24-month lease • Pet friendly, pet fees do apply, small dog only, Two pets maximum, breed restrictions may apply. Please check before applying. All applications must be filled out on our website at homeinvestorsllc net Please include two full months bank statements, proof of income, proof of funds for security deposit and a valid state issued ID. Failure to include these items will result in your application being declined. The non-refundable application fee is $39.00 and includes the application and all necessary reports.
