Within minutes of I-215, Ikea and the new Durango Hoel & Casino. ****PLEASE READ THE CRITERIA BELOW BEFORE YOU CONTACT US.****** Criteria: Income must be at least 3x the rent rate. Good rental, credit (min. 650) and background history are a must. If your income and/or credit is lower than the minimum requirement, double security deposit will be required, if the Landlord elects to accept your application. Landlord reserves the right to use one and/or all criteria to determine approval/rejection. Lease contract is for a minimum of one year. We do not do short term leases.
