Within minutes of I-215, Ikea and the new Durango Hoel & Casino. ****PLEASE READ THE CRITERIA BELOW BEFORE YOU CONTACT US.****** Criteria: Income must be at least 3x the rent rate. Good rental, credit (min. 650) and background history are a must.
