Property Id: 1943823 PRIVATE ROOM FOR RENT The house is big and has a really nice, spacious kitchen if you like to cook. There's an additional room that I currently use as an office, but you'd be welcome to set up a desk there as well. There's also a large shed outside available for extra storage. The game room is great—equipped with a pool table, darts, and a projector with a sound system. Currently two males living here, we are both stationed here in Pensacola; the house definitely has smoke-den/bachelor pad vibes. The house is located about 20 minutes from NAS Pensacola, 15 minutes from downtown, and less than 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The neighborhood is a quiet, older area with a really nice atmosphere. I have one dog—he's almost 2 years old and well-trained. A rental contract will be required. We can either do a month-to-month lease or a 6-month lease, depending on your preference and situation. For any additional information, feel free to reach out on Messenger.
