This property has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a full bathroom, with a half bathroom on the first floor. This home also comes with a washer and dryer! Step into the private backyard patio area, that is low maintenance and is great for summer evenings! The home does have an attached 1 car garage with driveway or guest parking. No curbside street parking is available. This home being centrally located is less than a 10-minute car ride to Downtown Boise, with easy access to the freeway, shopping, dining, and parks! Due to the quality and location, we do not expect this home to last long! 12 month lease term and Property Liability Insurance is required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, additional $80.00 flat fee is paid in addition to rent for the sewer and trash. 1 Small dog or cat is ok. No more than 1 animal and no animal over 25 lbs. $750.00 pet deposit for one animal ($200.00 non-refundable) $50.00 a month pet rent in addition to monthly rent.
