Don't sleep on the closet space or how easy parking is because of the rear lot. NO laundry/NO hookups available on site- but there is a laundromat less than a mile away. Awesome location means it's a short walk to lots of South City spots like Hatch'd for brunch, Aldi for groceries, or S. Side Cyclery for all your pedaling needs! APP STUFF: Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed.
