This second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It features high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors throughout, exposed brick, inlaid tile, central AC, and private laundry in the apartment. The kitchen has top of the line Barbados Sand granite counters with lots of character. It also features custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a gas stove, a double refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door, dishwasher, disposal, and built-in microwave. Each of the bedrooms have large closets and ceiling fans. The spacious master bathroom has porcelain tile, a claw foot tub, and a standalone shower. The second bathroom has a ceramic tiled full tub/shower, and a large vanity sink. This unit has a private back deck. Landlord pays water, sewer and trash removal. Tenant pays gas and electric. This 3 unit building in Point Breeze was renovated in November of 2017. The plumbing, wiring, insulation, heating and cooling, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms are all new. There is extra storage in the basement, and off-street parking. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric.
