This 2nd floor apartment has hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and large windows throughout for lots of natural light. The living room has a decorative brick fireplace. It has a small ceramic tiled kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a built in microwave, electric stove, and full size refrigerator. The bedroom has double closets and direct access to the ceramic tiled bathroom with full size tub. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash, and gas for the hot water. Tenant pays electric. There is electric baseboard heat and a window AC unit will be installed upon request. This recently renovated Point Breeze 4 unit is located a few blocks from Mellon Park and Bakery Square. It features off street parking, a shared yard behind the building & coin operated laundry and storage in the basement. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
