I'm looking for a responsible, clean person (preferably female) to sublet 1 bedroom in my basement apartment for $800/month, all utilities and WIFI included. The entire apartment comes fully furnished, but the room only comes with a dresser (no bed). The room is currently being used as my office (as seen in the photos) but I'll be moving everything out. If you will need a bed, please let me know and we can arrange something. The room size is 12'-6" by 10'-0", has a closet with a large window. The apartment was fully renovated in 2019, so all finishes are new and modern. The unit comes with brand new stainless steel appliances, such as refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer in unit. The living room has sofas, a coffee table, a media unit and some shelves. Located near the corner of Belanger and Lacordaire in Saint-Leonard, it is only a 5-min walk to a bus stop that takes you straight to Cadillac metro (green line), making it only a 30-min bus/metro ride to Downtown Montreal. It's an accessible, safe and quiet neighborhood, so it's perfect for students (McGill, Concordia, etc.) or young professionals who need a quiet and clean place to stay. The apartment is close to everything, with parks nearby, grocery stores, gyms, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes. Street parking is available. ** The room is available as of July or August. Starting in September, I will only be at the apartment once or twice a month, so the apartment would be all yours most of the time!
