The open floor plan includes a daybed and large windows to allow lots of natural light. You'll find 2 double-door closets in the living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The bedroom has another double-door closet. A tile shower is featured in your bathroom along with a washer and dryer. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Water, electricity, and high-speed internet are included. Tenants have access to Art of Living vegetarian cafeteria right next door. Heat is electric radiant wall and floor heating. This unit does not accommodate pets. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
