Each bedroom is roughly equal in size and has ample closet space. Easy parking either on street or behind the building. There is a lot of storage in the basement. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay very reasonable gas and electric. The utility bills will be very reasonable because the apartment has been upgraded to be energy efficient due to insulation and double pane windows with Argon.
