Wash U. is no more than 10 minutes to get anywhere on campus and SLU is about 15 at the most! Facility has a coin operated laundry onsite, directly out the backdoor and over on hallway. Gated, underground, covered parking is available to all tenants of the building! Nearby attractions include Washington University, Clayton, hospitals, Saint Louis Zoo, Tower Grove Park, Missouri Botanical Garden, St. Louis Science Center, and more. PARKING: Convenient garage access for your vehicle. LAUNDRY: Coin operated laundry on site. This is strictly a no smoking building and a background check will be conducted. Keep in mind, renter's insurance is a requirement to live here. The application fee is only $45.
