This is a secured building with cameras at the premises, and digital locks on the doors. Enjoy gorgeous wood floors throughout along with plenty of charm with the stucco walls, arched doorways, & original doors all contributing to it. Conveniently walk to Forest Park, downtown Dogtown, or Clayton Demun neighborhood. Not to mention the proximity to all major highways, universities and hospitals, restaurants, and stores. Washington University, Clayton, Hospitals, Saint Louis Zoo, Tower Grove Park, Missouri Botanical Garden, St. Louis Science Center, and more! DISCLOSURE: Pictures and videos are of a very similar unit apartment but not of the exact one. PARKING: Convenient garage access right off of Berthold that is gated and covered. Ample street parking as all surrounding properties also have off-street parking. UTILITIES: $100 for Water, Sewer, Trash, heat, gated garage parking. Tenant will be responsible for electric, gas and any additional but not limited utilities. LAUNDRY: Coin operated laundry on site. Facility has a coin operated laundry onsite, out the back door and down the fire escape. LEASE TERMS: We are offering a twelve month lease. The move in charges include, a one month security deposit and the prorated rent for the month you're moving in (dependent on the move in day). Up to two cat's are more than welcome with a $200 refundable deposit and a $25/month pet rent. Water, sewer, trash, heat, security system, and garage parking are all included in an additional utility fee of $100/month, however, cooking gas, electric, and any additional services are the tenant's responsibility. Qualifications include a credit score above 620, no previous evictions, and gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount. This is strictly a no smoking building and a background check will be conducted. Keep in mind, renter's insurance is a requirement to live here. The application fee is only $45.
