There is also a full basement that features a finished 2nd living area and the remainder available for storage. The HOA provides Lawn Mowing, Lawn Sprinklers and Lawn Watering, as well as Snow Removal and Garbage pick-up for all residents. Pets are allowed with extra fees but must be approved by Performance Property Management and tenant(s) must complete an online pet profile. Combined income must be 4.0 times greater than monthly rent when using a cosigner. • Social Security Number verification • Rental verification from an institutional landlord or 12 months of cancelled checks or money order receipts for a non-institutional landlord • No Felony criminal history; no convictions for assault (misdemeanor or felony) • Not on the Sex Offender Registry
