Property Id: 1210824 I have one bedroom available for rent for $950/month all utilities included in a 3 bedroom house where myself, the landlord, live as well. It is available as early as November 1st. I require first and last month's rent and deposit each at $950for a total of $2,850 upon moving in. The house is a single floor country style house with a very updated kitchen and bathroom. There are all new appliances including a large refrigerators, and two smaller refrigerators to provide ample space for food. There is a beautiful outdoor patio with a fireplace and a grill. I am taking applications until I find a good a fit. You are welcome to message me and schedule a time to take a look at the property.
