Property Id: 1210824 I have one bedroom available for rent for $850/month all utilities included in a 3 bedroom house where myself, the landlord, live as well. It is available as early as November 1st. I require first and last month's rent and deposit each at $850 for a total of $2,550 upon moving in. The house is a single floor country style house with a very updated kitchen and bathroom.
