If you DO NOT INCLUDE 2 MONTHS requested income, you will have to reapply. 2 pet limit per unit, must submit rabies vax at lease signing for each animal and be within breed and size restrictions 20 pounds. (No Pitbulls or pit mixed, No Rottweilers, No German Shepards. We ask that you meet with the Property Manager prior to submitting an application to have questions answered regarding income, criteria, previous landlords, credit and criminal etc. Please have verifiable income ready to download into your Rent Butter application. We require 3x the monthly rent in gross income and no felonies whatsoever. Misdemeanors within the last 5 years are reviewed case-by-case and supporting documentation maybe requested. We do not accept evictions if they have occurred within the last 3 years. Every person over the age of 18 that will be living in the home, MUST complete an application.
