Great for working on personal projects, for extra storage, or both. Unit has its own central A/C. Electricity/Water is Florence Utilities. AT&T/T-Mobile can provide high-speed internet. Lease is month-to-month. One Months rent same as the security deposit. $200 pet deposit (if applicable). A background check will be required prior to signing a lease.
