Live on one of the most beautiful roads in Colorado! Spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath home with a two-car attached garage and storage. Electric washer/dryer, electric range and oven, dishwasher. Pellet fireplace in living room. Un-fenced yard. House on a well/cistern and septic tank. Tenants are responsible for electricity and propane (propane used only for furnace in master bedroom) as well as hauling water to supplement the well. Dogs ok with a $200 pet deposit, per pet. No cats. No students. No smokers. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply.
